Allegro Biodiesel Corporation produces and sells biodiesel fuel.  In addition, the company plans to develop biodiesel production facilities and distribution assets in the United States.  The company owns an operating biodiesel fuel production facility located in Pollock, Louisiana which uses renewable agricultural-based feedstock (primarily soybean oil)to produce biodiesel. This facility is situated on a 320-acre site, with access to transportation infrastructure, including a nearby navigable tributary river to the Mississippi (for barge freight) and major highways and rail service.
